A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date.
All rental items (throne chairs, backdrops, pedestals, etc.) remain the property of Charming Castle. The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items while in their possession. Replacement fees will apply.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may sometimes be rescheduled based on availability.
Clients must ensure that Charming Castle has access to the venue at the agreed-upon setup time. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access.
Charming Castle reserves the right to take photos of our decor at your event for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
